義嵿好食創立於2017年10月，我們堅持所有的食材都是沒有人工添加、不含防腐劑的，我們希望吃進肚子的食物能夠吃得安心、吃得健康，而且還相當美味。

延續義大利菜的精神，我們發現吃完整的食物，對人體是比較健康的，而使用好的食材，其實不需要太過複雜的烹調，只要食材本身好，任何人都可以輕鬆烹調出美味的佳餚。

我們希望透過引進義大利傳統食物，將古老的智慧，包含油封醃漬的食物、古法釀製的巴沙米克醋、傳統做法的義大利麵，把真正好味道的食物帶給大家認識。
